Alejandro Hormechea has more than 10 years of leadership experience building teams and enhancing small business entities.  As an accomplished business person, and marketer, his vision and knowledge in business has developed notable enterprise enthusiasm in the restaurant, casino, and mortgage industries.  His noteworthy achievements have been rewarded with his previous employers.

Offering a unique set of principles, Alejandro has positively affected company moral and is recognized for his ability to guide others towards their vision.  Alejandro’s strategic approach to building a business is reflected by the established relationship that he shares with the leaders of each division, which enable and empower them to make decisions that are congruent with the company’s vision. 

His most notable accomplishment to date is with FINO – A Gentlemen’s Grooming Lounge, where once again, he made a career change and managed to build a team of the nation’s finest Master Barbers & grooming professionals in the industry; all while creating a profitable entity within a three-year period. 

Alejandro’s exceptional track record of team leadership is based on his philosophy of leading by example.  He is known for his ability to be the solution for situations that arise at any given time. 

Alejandro received his Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management from Widener University in Chester Pennsylvania.  He currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada … until his next venture.   

Dwayne Washington
Managing Partner / Master Barber

Dwayne Washington was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. With over 18 years of experience in the traditional barbering industry, he has developed a performance based business model which has enabled him to grow his businesses under any given economic circumstance. His accomplishments as a master barber / business owner have significantly re-created a demand for the “desired lifestyle” once experienced in men’s grooming lounges in the past.  

Practicing a philosophy of his own, Dwayne is committed to leading by example while educating, empowering and challenging others in his organization to do the same.  His most notable accomplishment to date is with FINO – A Gentlemen’s Grooming Lounge; where he has created a unique culture amongst a diverse group of professionals brought together to share a common goal while building a business in the process. His ability to cultivate an establishment at this level has received notable recognition.

Dwayne received his barbering license from the Hairstylist Barber College in Glendale, Arizona. He then continued with an apprenticeship under Arthur Knox; who now owns the Universal Barber College in Phoenix Arizona. After returning to Las Vegas, he continued as an understudy for Mack Smith at haircuts unlimited, currently the oldest barbershop in the valley.

James Hardenberg
Master Barber

James Hardenberg grew up in Emerson New Jersey and transitioned to Las Vegas Nevada in June of 2008, with plans to revolutionize the barbering industry. A veteran in the hair care industry for 20 years, his rapport with his clients has been the key to his success. As a professional, he demonstrates a valuable set of principles which have contributed to his exposure and recognition in the business. 

James’ most noteworthy achievement to date is with FINO – A Gentlemen’s Grooming Lounge, where his ability to manage the operations while implementing the company’s mission on a day to day basis has generated interest from celebrities to business executives alike.

James attended Lock Haven College in Pennsylvania. 

Juan Ramirez
Barber

Juan Ramirez is our youngest up-and-coming talented barber at FINO.  He was born in Los Angeles, and raised here in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Juan has been barbering for almost 4 years after graduating from Samverly Barber College in Atlanta Georgia.  He began his  career working at Masterpiece III (a well known barbershop in town), where he developed a loyal following of clients and a reputation to match.  He has a strong passion for his craft and is committed to providing his clients with quality service. 

Juan’s goal is to continue to grow in his trade and assist FINO with its mission to service men’s grooming needs worldwide. 

Zhane Richer
celebrity hair designer

Zhane began her career seventeen years ago after graduating Martins School of Hair Design in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She continued to further her education with the likes of Vidal Sassoon, Redken Hair Academy, and Toni & Guy. Her commercial recognition began while working at the renowned Venus Salon at Caesars Palace.

Notably Celine Dion’s personal hair designer for the past seven years, Zhane has styled Celine for Oprah, Ellen, Good Morning America, and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Zhane continued to work at Venus while styling Celine five nights a week for the Las Vegas spectacular 'A New Day' at Caesars Palace. She took a bold step in October 2007, when asked to join Celine on her TAKING CHANCES WORLD TOUR. Zhanes career is throttling full force, as an artist, entrepreneur, educator and inventor who continues to have global guests seek her out to "GET ZHANED".

Currently, Zhane has joined the team at FINO for MEN, in pursuit of creating the new standard in the men’s grooming industry by educating her clients to “Elevate their Lifestyle.”  

BETH KIRBY
Aesthetician

Beth Kirby grew up in Southern California.  She moved to Las Vegas to pursue a career in the spa industry specializing in aesthetics.  After graduating from Euphoria Institute, she began working for the European Wax Center.  Building a loyal clientele in such a short period of time, she then transitioned her business over to FINO in April of 2009, where she focused on developing her unique style of body waxing & facial services in an atmosphere that most complimented her vision and work ethic in order to take her career to the next level. 

Roger Green
Shoe Shine / Leather Care

Roger is the owner and operator of A Vegas Shoe Shine Company. He has been providing high quality leather care in Las Vegas (including shoes, boots, purses & belts) for over five years in 5 Star casino resorts on the Las Vegas strip. Likewise, Roger is contracted throughout the year to service conventions that cater to real estate professionals, attorneys, entertainers, athletes and business owners.

As of 2013, Roger has embarked in a joint venture with FINO for MEN to focus his attention on the future growth and development of the local market. By partnering with FINO for MEN, the goal is to provide clients with an unforgettable experience from "Head to Toe."
